| The Danish driver takes the win! |
 In 172 laps Christensen took the European throne after leading for most of the race with Alexander Hagberg who battled up from tenth on the grid, finishing one lap behind him and Robert Pietsch in third.. An intense opening saw one favorite Marc Rheinard exit the race after only five laps, plus former world champion Daniele Ielasi's race was over around the half way mark.
